概ね同意しつつ、少し補足したい視点がある。 「SaaSのダッシュボードにログインして操作する」という体験が減っていくのはその通りだと思う。探索させる構造としてのUI、CRUDを並べただけの画面は陳腐化していく。 ただ、これは「インターフェースが不要になる」という話とは少し違う気がしている。似た議論として、ノーコードツールが出たときの「プログラマー不要論」や、「Webデザイナー不要論」とかに近しい。実際にはデザイナーやプログラマーは消えず、扱う抽象度や求められる役割が変わったし、レベル感は異なるがニュアンスとしては近い構造なのでは？という感想。 AIがバックエンドを動かす世界でも、「結果をどう見せるか」「どこで人間が判断・承認するか」を設計する仕事は残る。むしろデータとロジックが複雑になるほど、それを人間に伝える層の設計は大事になる。 消えるのは「操作させるUI」であって、人とAIとシステムを繋ぐ"インターフェース"という役割そのものではない。

AI時代の社内ツールはこうなると思う。 1. まずはLLMに適当にやりたいことや見たい情報を問い合せる 2. 返ってきた結果を使いまわしたいなと思ったら、アプリ化して定型化する 3. このループを回しながら常に作って壊してを繰り返しながら業務を回していく
