Yesterday, Airmen from the @118thWing volunteered their time at the @NashvilleZoo , contributing to the upkeep and maintenance of animal holding areas. In true Air Force fashion, they finished all of the projects an hour earlier than anticipated.
Engaging in these community events not only puts a face to the 118th Wing but also nurtures partnerships and collaborations.
By actively participating in community endeavors, we gain insights and understanding into our community. Through this understanding we problem-solve better, utilizing the resources we have and more thoroughly anticipating the needs and concerns of those we serve.
While volunteering, we foster innovation and mutual learning, enriching both personal development and camaraderie with our wingmen.
