@ftmetalhead Def go alone if you feel safe to do so, I go to shows and clubs alone and never had a bad time yet. usually there's other alone ppl around, so I usually try talk to them and its surprising how often ppl are up to chat and it's usually a rly nice time

I only regret having scars in the sense that I hate that it can trigger others by me existing. But I don't regret coping with sh and then having scars as a result. They aren't what i romanticised them to be when I was sicker but I have not much feelings abt it

Minimising teens with real severe mental illness symptoms down to being angsty is incredibly insensitive and harmful and it's infuriating to see as an adult myself. My mental issue were so much worse as a 15 year old than they are now and self harm isn't cringe anyway

@starvinghaze Brainfog, sleep issues and weakness when I restrict. can barely think or do stuff. Even on 'high' intake restriction. Exhaustion from binge eating alot of times. Stomach issues snd blood sugar issues sometimes from binging and restricting.

I'm rly dysphoric at the moment in general I rly need to cut my hair or something. My face has bloated from water weight and looks more feminine and I genuinely don't know how to fix anything atp

Like everyday I binge despite my dysphoria I gain weight I see visible weight gain in the areas I so desperately wish were non existent, held 0 fat like with cys guys. It makes me suicidal and then I feel so out of control and binge eat to cope and the process repeats

The fact ppl want narrow ribcage baffles me, my hipbones are wider than my ribcage and it genuinely infuriates me and makes me want to kms every single day
