It’s easy to be shameless in vanity (esp regarding your looks) when you’re also confident in other non-aesthetic qualities about yourself, your ethics, and how you treat others. Bc of course I’m gorgeous and amazing in addition to all my other fruitful attributes!

Been minding my business, building my physique, hitting my protein and fiber goals, drinking my warm drinks, getting my electrolytes in and limiting sugar. I feel so confident and sexy and I’m looking good.

I want my summer to feel like Beautiful by Snoop and Pharrell.

I think very highly of myself not out of ego but from growth just knowing exactly what it took for me to become her.

Short term: building a better bikini physique Long term: be the 80 year old lady still slaying the weights and doing her million steps of leisurely walking in beautiful places 🤭
