@michael_gilman 5.43 was (is) Advanced Orgo. Might have been the best class I took at MIT. For sure enzymatic mechanisms and kinetics are covered. Today they have even more detailed courses on this I’m sure Walsh inspired. I’m sure I missed out (might have been a few years behind you, Mike..)

I took Walsh's enzyme mechanisms course (5.43?) at MIT in 1975 or thereabouts. Loved it, got it, failed it, dropped it.
