@ivandemigoal This should hopefully extend their window, as then they have him for three cheap years starting 27-28, a well as three cheap years of Zharovsky at the same time. Adding young talent to a team that is a contender will help. And in 27-28 they will actually have spots open.

I’m sorry but this changes many things, I’d be more than open to trade him this summer for a piece that can help us now.
I just don’t see why he needs to go back for a 3rd year while he’s been dominating.
The Habs window is opening and I don’t think they can wait for him to be impactful.

Hearing that Michael Hage, the talented Canadiens’ prospect, will return to Michigan for his junior season. Wolverines lost in Frozen Four this week, Hage will have another chance in 2026-27.

As heartbreaking as it is, the 2025 Blue Jays were perhaps the most likeable and exciting team this city has ever produced. Runs like this spawn a generation of fans and it was an unforgettable summer and fall. Grateful for it.
