Why is resting in between sprints so important? We need to be running at 95% or higher of our peak speed in order to actually be TRAINING speed. In order to be able to be at 95%+ rep after rep, we need to recover in between each rep.

7. Benefits of selling puts: 1. Receiving fairly consistent income 2. Can potentially buy the stock for cheaper than current stock price and receive money for doing so 3. Less risk than just buying 100 shares of a stock at its current price

6. Scenario 2: stock A closes at $8.50 on 03/22 (expiration date). You keep the $10 for selling the option and are assigned 100 shares at an average price of $9. Down $40 overall, but could’ve been down $150 if you bought 100 shares at $10.

Option trading:💵 Took 2 trades (12/12 total) this week for +$27 bringing my total to $213 for the year using 3k. Just noticed my math was way off on my last tweet, this is an annualized return of about 52%. Selling options is a very simple way to add another income stream.

Total income from selling options in January: $68 using 3k (27.2% annaualized return - unlikely to occur) 3/3 on cash secured puts - never got assigned any shares Not every month will be this successful, but shows the power of selling options

Cash secured puts sold today: $14p exp 02/02 $13.5p exp 02/02 Why? ✅Delta <0.20 ✅RSI right around 30 Collected premium and would love to be assigned these shares as i am super bullish on china stocks for next 1-2 years.
