Goated interviewee, wholesome positivity but not in a Nine way, I need to see that Heisman speech

Mendoza looking at the camera during his post game interview like he’s doing a class presentation with marks for eye contact, we love a seasoned PowerPoint king

@smfoster462 😂😂😂 he sent that dude into next week. I had to draw one up for him.
English

Sucks for everyone and I truly hope he’s ok, but the “just came up thing is confusing”. I believe they stay in a hotel the night before so I’m guessing he left this morning sometime and maybe only certain people in the org knew it, but if that was the case why wouldn’t he have been questionable at that time or maybe it just came up? It’s not clear from James post.

yikes. this sucks for everyone involved

This apparently has just come up, because everyone on the Chiefs staff wasn't aware of the situation.

@Twitlysium A drive from the 20-30 with that time is a lot different than the 40. It’s just a self inflicted error.
English

@ryanjohnson3 He's had a bad few weeks.
Figure you can find a guy on the street who's better?
English

@Twitlysium Totally fair and no, but certainly after the season depending on cap it’s fair to evaluate.

You've probably seen headlines: High-Intensity Training is superior to easy aerobic running.
But dig deeper and you'll notice a pattern: most of these studies are short: just 4 to 8 weeks.
A recent review tells a fuller story.
In the early weeks, HIT and Sprint Interval Training outperform easy endurance training (ET).
But over the long haul… the story changes

What happens when you make people take a break from doing what they love?
In one study, researchers took regular runners and triathletes and made them take 2 weeks completely off.
No exercise. No cross-training. Just rest.
The result? Big spikes in feelings of depression, anger, tension, and confusion.
It was a total shift in emotional well-being.

Morning routine of elite runner: Wake up, down water, eat a banana, sip coffee, go to the bathroom, go run.
Morning routine of bro cosplaying "elite": Cold plunge, nasal breathing exercise, supplement stack, meticulous nonsense, no time for full workout because they wasted it.
Routines are great.
But they are supposed to support doing the thing…not become the thing in and of itself.
