Hey @AmericanAir, I wouldn’t normally do this on social media, but today’s travel experience (or lack there of) was the worst I’ve ever had. Poor customer service and a complete lack of communication created an unnecessary disaster that cost our non-profit money.

In fact, he’s one of the most caring, energetic and dedicated professionals I’ve ever met! I won’t soon forget the memories that we shared together and lessons you taught me! Congratulations on an incredible career! 🤘🏼 #OnceABisonAlwaysABison

I’ll never forget how intimidated I was when I met @WJeffSchwartz for the first time as a freshman! However, after working in the same office as him for almost 10 years as an underclassmen, grad student and coworker, I can say that he’s not nearly as intimidating as I thought.

One of my favorite Bible verses is James 1: 2-3, which says, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” No one embodied this more than Landon through his fight.

I’m not sure the news of Landon’s passing has fully sunk in for me yet, but here’s what I do know: Some of my most joyful, proud yet sad, defeated memories as part of the @ao1foundation involve Landon Solberg.

Final thought on @AO1Foundation softball game. Connor Wentz wasn’t on official program roster, but showed up and hit key three-run HR late in game. Defense has grounds to file a protest.
