Yesterday we announced Fin 2, our next generation AI Agent for Customer Service. Fin is the most transformative product we've ever built at Intercom. Today, on average across our customer base, Fin resolves 51% of customer queries. That's not a cherry picked high number, that's the average! Many customers get resolution rates in the 60s, 70s, 80s, new customers get to 51% just days after going live. * That is an industry changing number * Fin customers are changing how they do support. - their human teams have more time to spend with the customers who need it most - they are doing new things like Success - Leaders have been able to get off the hiring treadmill Everyone is doing higher impact work.
