Labour did very well in Kent in 2024. Interestingly, the seat they held in 2019 (Canterbury) they no longer hold, as Rosie Duffield has subsequently become an independent.

@AlexanderBrewis No way they do that well in Lewisham, I've only gotten one mayoral leaflet and nothing about the council. There are plenty of wards they're not trying in. I think they're smart to be more targeted, but it does mean they can't win as big

To be clear, Greens will do 'well'-300 gains, ending up on 350 councillors seems reasonable, including majority in Hackney and maybe lewisham, leading NOC councils in half a dozen more...but not to this level

The fact 4% of Reform voters would apparently rather have a Green government than a Reform one is one of the best ever pieces of evidence for Lizardman's Constant being real.

@ElectionMapsUK @YouGov Serious question: I must say that I agree with this poll and if given a 'must choose one' choice between uninspiring Starmer, lightweight Badenoch or the Fag-ash Fuhrer.
So why is Labour lagging so far behind in the polls.
