This is the Ambulance Victoria arrivals board that shows crews ramped at Vic hospitals tonight. 74 ambulances have been ramped at hospital for longer than 40 minutes. Some over 3 hrs. Thats 74 crews that are being held back from responding to emergencies. #springst
