To be radical is to be tired with the colonial infrastructures that have harmed us, all of us, for hundreds of years. To be radical is to demand more, to build a better world, to seek a form of living that is on the horizon. To seek radicality is to seek freedom.

All this nonsense from the far right weaponizing the word “radical” as if it’s a bad thing is directly tied to a lack of comprehension of that the word actually means. Sylvia Wynter told us that to be radical means to take us beyond the edge of thought.
