Random non-spicy: My mom has recently decided that I should make cheesecakes for all of the holidays. I usually make a pumpkin one for Thanksgiving and peppermint for Christmas. Easter is now lemon-blueberry and I think my favorite cheesecake yet. I was pretty proud of it. I love baking and it was a great day spending time with family ❤️
