AI search just hit a number that should make every SEO pay attention.
According to a new study by Graphite. io, AI tools now generate 45 billion monthly sessions worldwide.
That's 56% of total search engine volume globally. 34% in the U.S.
The kicker? 83% of that AI usage happens inside mobile apps, not browsers.
That means most estimates of AI search volume have been underestimating it by 4-5x.
Here's what the data actually shows:
- ChatGPT dominates at 89% of global AI sessions
- Gemini surged from 5.4% to 18.2% market share, a 237% jump year-over-year
- Claude grew 13x, driven by technical users
37% of consumers now start searches directly in AI chatbots instead of Google
AI isn't replacing search. It's expanding it.
Total usage across search engines AND AI assistants has grown 26% globally since 2023.
The pie is getting bigger. The question is whether you're visible in the new slices.
If you're only tracking Google rankings, you're measuring half the game.
Continuing to get really good results using Claude for design... but it's not easy.
Here's what I'm learning:
1. It is much better suited for landing page design, not full website design.
2. Although you can design a full website here very quickly, it starts to become a lot more effort than not, because you have to do a lot of prompting and reprompting. There are a lot of formatting things that you need to correct inside of Claude.
3. Once you get the hang of it and once it has your design style down, then you can really scale design very quickly and go from idea to fully funnel in a matter of minutes. It does take a while to get that set up. You have to train on your brand. You have to figure out a new brand that you can work with inside of here, and that takes time because it's not graded ideation.
4. You have to give it a lot of inputs and a lot of feedback. Once you train Claude on a specific business's design and once you get the GitHub set up and connected directly to Netlify, then you can really push a lot of pages through here with really top-tier design, in my opinion.
@jordan_ross_8F theyre running awesome tiktok campaigns using AI creators / influencers, the campaign is showing how to migrate your chatgpt into claude
Anthropic ran their entire marketing operation with one person.
$380 billion company.
Paid search. Paid social. SEO. Email. App stores.
One non-technical hire doing all of it — for 10 months.
I pulled it apart.
Compared it to every system we've built across the clients we've worked with.
Then asked myself one question:
If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch — what would it actually look like?
Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated.
I mapped the whole thing into a 47-page PDF you can upload directly to any LLM.
It coaches you through building your own version step by step.
Comment "marketing" and I'll send it over.
Miami founders: where are you doing your best thinking these days?
I've been rotating between the Mandarin Oriental terrace and a corner booth at Carbone.
Both have their merits. Neither involves a standing desk.
@beingMaryam0 currnetly using it - its not a 100% automation, its more of a "let me sit down and knock this out" but instead of it taking 10 hours it takes 2 hours
Email has always been a time + energy drain for me. A lot of my emails require complex answers.
I provided Claude access to our agency's Google Drive to review scopes of work, proposals, agreements and sample client deliverables.
It goes through emails 1 by 1 writing responses for my approval and feedback. It writes very good emails that require little to no editing.
I've been glued to my computer the last 3 days learning Claude Cowork + Claude Code...I can't sleep, this is going to be the biggest impact on the agency business model since the dawn of digital.
What used to take me MONTHS to build now takes 30 minutes. Advanced attribution reporting, cross channel dashboards, link outreach...all completely automated.
By the end of this year there will be ONE PERSON agencies making millions in revenue.
In the coming weeks, we plan to start testing ads in ChatGPT free and Go tiers.
We’re sharing our principles early on how we’ll approach ads–guided by putting user trust and transparency first as we work to make AI accessible to everyone.
What matters most:
- Responses in ChatGPT will not be influenced by ads.
- Ads are always separate and clearly labeled.
- Your conversations are private from advertisers.
- Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers will not have ads.
The greatest gift: Jesus
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
John 3:16-17
@Toneskeee Truth - follow Jesus, not churches or pastors.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.”
Nahh, I dated a worship leader and he broke up with me because I wouldn’t crawl in bed with him. Dated a pastor who became demonically possessed once. Attending church is a given. Instead, look for his fruit, his quickness to repentance, the hours he spends in the Bible, his comprehension and interpretation of the Bible, compulsion to self sacrifice for a family and ability and habits to lead you and others around him to Christ.
The VSL has been DETHRONED!
Like you, I've used long form sales letters, VSLs, and webinars in my sales funnels for years.
But just like one day the VSL beat the written sales letter, something has FINALLY curb-stomped the VSL.
They're called GCPs.
Which stands for "gradual commitment pages."
Maybe the name sucks, but their results don't!
The reason they convert higher is because of a psychological trick that hijacks the brain and inserts a marketing argument like a trojan horse.
Like an advertorial the reader thinks they're reading just another article on the web.
Their defenses are down.
And then oops, too late.
I've used these GCPs quietly for well over a decade, but I have a different business model now so I'm fine with sharing it.
The first time I shared these at a millionaires mastermind in Las Vegas, the room fell silent when I shared the conversion numbers.
They had LOTS of questions.
If you want, I've got a Google Doc that explains the whole thing with examples.
Shows you step-by-step how to design and write your first GCP (without the years of trial & error I had).
Just comment "GCP" below and I'll DM you the document.

Someone recently asked me if I know any great performance marketers…
It made me question: is “performance marketing” a dying craft?
PPC is going straight into the shitter.
Marketing attribution is basically cooked thanks to AI.
What channels are left for pure performance?
I’m talking “dollars-in-dollars-out” style of measurement?
