@inkedverses no because same. book clubs seem like sm fun but social interaction is a no for me, too much of it anyways. and also having to like read a certain book.. i cannot do that. i can only read what i’m in the mood to 😭 it’s a struggle

i really want to join a book club but my introverted ass would just ghost everyone and read on my own bcs i get easily drained by mere interaction i hate myself

i spoke to my manager about it and she said to go back to college, take some english classes, and then retake my gcse but IDK. i don’t freaking like college

i’m english smarter now than i was in school thanks to ✨books✨ but i think people will care more about my actual grade than that 😭😂

i’m kind of thinking about working in the publishing industry but i got a freaking C in english back in school and i feel like i’d need a higher grade than that to be able to get a publishing job D:
