@gotymebank @BangkoSentral Update @gotyme,almost one month na,la pa Rin..submitted all docs,even bir issued receipts, proof of income etc,la pa Rin.. gusto pa nila hanapin proof of transfer from a client side na Ang basehn mga ng successful transcript is Yung sa app nila,almost impossible na hanapin

Almost more than 2 weeks now and my account still under review with @gotymebank . Submitted all docs to them already but nadah!!
They only responded after asking help from @BangkoSentral but now,it feels like it's in limbo again

This is now more than 30 days and funds still on hold.. submitted pa Yung screenshot nung transaction from the ka transaction ko which is like sobra2 na sa reqs documents na hingi nila but ala pa Rin..please #BangkoSentral , HELP!!

Lost my phone and SIM during Typhoon Tino. @gotymebank requires a notarized document, AMONG OTHER requirements, just to change my registered mobile number. Extremely inconvenient.

After a report to BSP, @gotymebank just responded and said they will reply after a week's time!! On top of the 1 week that my account has been frozen?!! Be warned!!
