@RYOBItoolsusa I rec'd your email saying that I need to call you regarding the recall and how I need to learn "how to disable" my mower regarding a fire hazard. I've been on hold for ALMOST TWO HOURS!! C'mon - you need to hire more people for the phones. You value your customers? No you don't!
