well almost 4 months later, and this disability doesn’t feel so temporary anymore. been thankful to work with wonderful occupational therapists that have helped me reduce pain and regain strength and range of motion though

like i have the perspective to recognize this is a temporary disability, and i have all the resources at my fingertips, yet i’m slowly typing this post with my right hand only instead of turning on any #accessibility features 🙃 (2/2)

as some who works at the intersection of disability and mobile/web tech, it’s incredibly humbling to be dealing with a wrist overuse injury (1/2)

@Apple @AppleSupport there seems to be an apple account outage. i was prompted to enter my password to allow my icloud backup and received an unknown verification error. please confirm this, so i know my account isn’t compromised

@apple update your status page and your support. When someone can’t login to their account, you need to provide a status of your services. There’s critical services tied to people’s iCloud accounts who need to k own if they’re compromised or not.

@ellaaustinn @bryn_z @Apple @AppleSupport my iphone is now logged back in, but i can login from the browser. i’ve been sending them screen shots of error messages and screen recordings of behaviors for them to help diagnose. they keep responding “thank you so much for that information”

@ryomtoob @bryn_z @Apple @AppleSupport I have AppleCare+ which gets me immediate support when they have available agents. However they’re only there 8-8 on weekdays. So I’m not sure when I’ll get a response.
