@ANARIVALS @elirexia_ @m11rar00 idk just think about how when you go to clean a pan after cooking oil, there’s usually some still in the pan? and even if it’s not visible, if you touch it with ur hand it gets all oily!

@Crystalomll have you had a maintenance day? last time i was stuck i was losing my mind, my boyfriend visited and i had a day where i ate WAY too much, two days later i checked the scale and i was down like 4lbs
