@prolifefrenchie The catholic church is the single largest non-government funder for healthcare and social systems in general. Priests and nuns have created vaccines, cures, treatments that have no patent. The church supports charitable donation, and jesus didnt ask for a buck to heal the sick.

The internet itself. The Antarctic research stations. The deep-space telescopes. The research vessels mapping the ocean floor.
