I feel so empty. All i can think about is food and my weight. And I want to recover but I can’t because I hate my body so much. And no matter what I do a part of me will always be anorexic

I love the money that work gets me but I genuinely want to die the entire time I’m here

Im going to Walmart and buying clothes on the 13th, Im really excited because I really need shorts I can wear outside of the house

i don't want sound mean but why do people on here ask how to gain weight as an underweight person like. just up ur intake??? what else can u possibly do

how bad is it that i dgaf about muscle loss . . i just want to be thin not even toned just thin and ill and frail looking

Most of the time I’m not even that hungry I just eat cause I like food.

so cruel yet so fascinating how you'll have to literally rewire your brain after a certain event while the other person goes on to live their life completely unaffected

BED is underdiagnosed but I think the vast majority of overweight adults just habitually overeat and don’t exercise enough

it doesn’t even matter anymore lmao
