The biggest issue is his point is he didn’t say what his requirements were. If he is so sure let him genuinely say what he offered. One company I worked with was always hiring and firing - even expatriates. Once people left, they’d go on Glassdoor and drop brutal reviews, telling others to run for their lives. Salary, work culture… everything. I was in the Brand Management team, and we were told to go on Glassdoor to counter those reviews. That was when I realized - if a company is more focused on covering up than fixing issues, that’s a bigger problem.
