@runbeagle A recent example I can think of would be Kylie Allen's Tiktok in response to a customer complaining about her cake business. She responded quite hostile, which resulted in a major flashback for her and her business!

How might you handle negative comments for a brand? Any poor examples you've seen from brands #curtindigipr

@runbeagle An issue is a problem that needs to be solved quickly but not necessarily immediately and a crisis is an issue that needs to be solved immediately

@runbeagle One way the brand can encourage authentic audience engagement is by listening to audience feedback and then implementing changes to show how the brand values consumer feedback. This could be through comments on social posts, direct messages, reviews. #curtindigipr

@runbeagle #curtindigipr a brand is a combination of people from marketers, designers, managers, etc, who all help build the brand and they're collective values. Brands are owned by companies who make them.

@runbeagle #curtindigipr Participatory culture is where the consumer also creates content creation. Brands like Marvel encourage participatory culture through hosting conventions, selling merchandise, etc.
