@Melorra_com I ordered (id 110218819) earings with full advance payment on 21.6.24.But you failed to deliver even after two months. Then I was compelled to cancel the same on 23.8.24. No refund was done from your end till date i.e., 25.9.24.Please refund my money at the earliest.

@BSNL_WB My FTTH number is 03561-229888. I changed plan from plan Rs.999 to plan Rs.599 with 40% discount as eligible for retired BSNL employees on 18.5.2024. But I am receiving my bill under plan Rs.999 till this month. I approached everywhere but all in vain. Please see.

At last I cancelled the order through WhatsApp on 23.8.2024 after two months since there's no provision to cancel the order from the Melorra app. But there's no information to refund my amount of Rs. 30,501 till date. Will Melorra pay it with interest?
