Tonight reminded me that life is bigger than softball. My club coach, @sabercatsfoster , gifted me with a 3D photo of my aunt, who I lost last February after her long battle with cancer. The one year mark without her is quickly approaching. My Aunt Si had such a huge impact on my life, and I think about her all the time. A DH scrimmage with a TSA 14U team gave us exactly what we needed heading into the fall. There were bombs, bunts, stolen bases, and a ton of aggressiveness on the basepaths. Some standout defensive plays, and this group put together a fantastic showing all around @tmonroe_2030

The goal is simple: be better than we were yesterday. 🦾 It doesn’t have to be about massive leaps forward or overnight success. Progress comes in small, steady steps. If we stack enough “better todays,” the future takes care of itself. 🖤💙 @tmonroe_2030 #softball #coach
