Airlines has refunded but kiwi doesn't want to refund. All for booking a short transit for the first leg of the travel, a mistake by @kiwicom247 and a price paid by travelers. When will this scam company stop ripping people's money? Is there a lawsuit open for this? #lawsuit

@kiwicom247 We were denied boarding at the time of departure of first flight. How can we request for refund before 48 hours? If airlines have refunded and you are not refunding, its plain stealing from customers or rather scamming customers #ScamAlert #bookingscam

@kiwicom247 Confusing support messages. First email talks about a refund, couple of days back received another email saying they cannot provide refund. If the airlines has provided a refund, what's the hold up? Poor customer service again from #kiwicom247

@kiwicom247 That is a blatant lie. It is not because of visa issues. We were denied boarding as the transit time between flights were not sufficient enough and were told the agency should have never booked it that way. Again, if airlines have refunded, why the money not returned?

@kiwicom247 I seriously doubt this commitment. We made a mistake booking through your site and your support is awful with no remorse. The first flight didn't allow us to board the flight citing the agency shouldn't have booked it this way. Ur support did nothing to cancel or rebook. #Ripoff
