When a person insults you, it reveals that they have a broken mindset, are childish, and lack intelligence.
Insults are not weapons. They are confessions. Every time someone chooses degradation over dialogue, they are exposing exactly who they are, not who you are.
Intelligent people disagree with words that build arguments. Small people attack the person instead.
Their insult says nothing about your value. It says everything about their character, their frustration, and their inability to handle you with maturity.
Stay unbothered. That silence is your power.

Yep 😭marriage is deeper than chemistry and cute dates. That's the person who'll hold you together through grief, sickness, childbirth and every hard season life throws at you.

One day you’ll be lying sick in bed, not able to do anything, then it will matter who you married

@DrDanny2030 Honestly...ladies most especially should learn to have a good digital footprint. Some are doing rubbish things all in the name of cruise that could later cause them harm in the future.

@educatedtug01 He often "slipped away" quietly, passed through angry crowds, or withdrew to isolated areas (such as the wilderness or a boat) when his mission was threatened or he needed to recharge.
In life, learn to walk away from toxic situations for the sake of your mental health.

When someone knows you’re facing one of the hardest times of your life, and still chooses to disrespect you or add to your stress, something darker is at play. Cruelty in moments of deep vulnerabilitv is intentional.
And when a person can hurt you knowing how fragile you are, that kind of betrayal changes how you see them forever.

@AfiaDimple_ When faced with disrespect, the most effective response is to create distance rather than engaging in arguments or drama.

The moment your self-worth becomes tied to your job, every rejection, correction, missed promotion, or bad feedback starts feeling like a personal attack.
Your job is what you do. Not who you are.
Detach emotionally.
Protect your self-esteem.
And keep a strict line between your personal and professional life before work starts consuming you.

One of the most dangerous things you can do as a professional is to make your career your entire identity.
