For those who are interested in what I do in terms of legs at the gym. I mainly keep it simple and do squats, hip thrusts, walking lunges etc (to be honest the exercises I often interchange - even squats sometimes I will change from low to high bar etc) but the main thing has just been being very consistent over the years which I think has helped develop my lower body. I actually only do 1 leg day per week and surprisingly since changing have seen better results.
