@safesharkhost Hey, query, I got a "hey, your domains are expiring" email to the normal email, but when I tried to log in (or do a password reset), I'm getting a "no acct on that email" error. Halp? ♥ (cc @vitaemachina)

@GeekyZooGirl We did some maintenance on servers and DNS yesterday afternoon/evening - it's possible you may be dealing with DNS propagation issues. Try flushing your DNS cache to see if it helps: whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html

We're performing a reboot on WHALE to apply some updates - downtime should be brief!

We're going to be issuing 1 month of credits to all customers currently hosted on WHALE - this issue should hopefully be resolved, though!

the cause of the issue to be a problem with server backups being stored in the multiple location and inadvertently maxing out disk space.
