Disappointed is an understatement!! Had a session planned since November last year for this weekend with someone we have done multiple sessions with and trusted implicitly. He knows our rules for cancellation regardless of the reasons and is now refusing to pay what is owed.

Mine and @spoiltk55 time is not cheap! We had booked this weekend out for this person and do not think we are being unreasonable/ unfair. Cancellation 48hrs or less EVERYONE is expected to pay the full session amount! Deposit is required on time of booking (50% of total session)
