Why shield pesticide makers from the law? The provisions should be removed. If pesticide companies make a good product, they have nothing to worry about. If they make a product that causes harm, then they need to face the consequences JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER COMPANY IN AMERICA.

Bayer’s products are so unpopular they have to HIDE pesticide immunity in a farm bill. Sections 10205, 10206, 10207 should be DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Americans do not want chemical companies protected from accountability while cancer rates EXPLODE.

I’m not sure who needs to hear this… But Monsanto shouldn’t get legal protection when its products cause cancer.

Giving companies bailouts isn’t capitalism. Protecting companies from litigation when they poison the population isn’t capitalism. Insider trading by people who make the laws and start wars is not capitalism.
