Relatable. With @intigriti strict submission limits and long response times of programs (often months), researchers are forced to pause reporting. The 7 open report cap feels especially restrictive when older submissions are still pending. Would be great to see this relaxed.

I keep seeing the same take: "Junior auditors are finished." "If you're not established by now, quit." Absolute nonsense. The industry will always need skilled researchers What we don't need? People running Slither and calling it an audit. What we do need? Researchers who map execution flows. Who understand state mutations. Who find what the tools miss. Audit Arena Week 5 is live. Someone in our Discord 6 months ago: "I'm a Solidity dev. Want to get into security but don't know where to start." Standard story. Heard it 100 times. What he did: → Every weekend challenge. No exceptions. → Posted his solutions even when wrong → Asked dumb questions publicly → Got roasted. Learned. Got better. Last week: Found a critical reentrancy bug in a private audit.
