Disgraceful service from @ArrivaUKBus in Maidstone tonight. 101 driver drove straight past multiple people waving at the stop, then mocked us with a shrug at the lights. We’ve been waiting 30+ mins. Why is your driver ignoring passengers? Please advise on the refund process.

@googlecloud this is ridiculous, I have upgraded to proper plan from trial as I was happy with your services, but since then all my clients websites are inaccessible and to get any support with this issue on YOUR end I have to pay for support to even tell anyone? Omg
