@sainzlore55 i kinda walks into a performance shop and was like “yo what can a girl like me do to help yall out” and the rest is history. lots of learning, helping techs w mundane shit, fetching lunch, ordering parts, etc.

@flygon930 @sainzlore55 I’m doing marketing outside of the states & this is a huge issue for all sports at all levels internationally. It’s so important with most people in the field relying on on getting sponsorships for funding

@pierrenewgarden one thing i learned from all these amazing advice is that most of the skills needed can be learned as you go!

@sainzlore55 If you live near a race track be a volunteer during the weekend and then try to network would be my best guess! I have applied to some motorsport positions and got rejected but it’s all about persistence!!
