So jangan cari i kalau mintak pendapat mcm tu cause i always go back to the product and cari apa kebaikan dia. Almost 4 years as a nutritionist and at every HT i always reflect back apa yg i jawab tu betul ke

some people always expect me to give opinions about which food is better, which food is bad for you and im the type of nutritionist who won’t band the product just bcause of certain issues. I alwayssss go back to the phrase “moderation is the key”

Back to square one. If you can do it in 2024 of course you can do it again this year sha 🥹🥹
