@jeffreytucker Now is a good time to bring up my peeve: It saddens me that Brownstone's books are only available on Amazon, and their ebook editions are only available for the Kindle. DRM is anti-liberty tech! Please do something about this. :-)

@MBonvoyAssist Hello. We booked a Homes & Villas property for 3 nights, but had to leave after the first night. The place that was supposedly non-smoking stank of weed, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets not completely dry. I would like a refund.

@MazdaUSA Took the car to the dealer, and they received a non-response from Mazda: "declined to participate". In plainer language that means: "Find another car maker the next time. Do not recommend Mazda to friends and family anymore." And that is what we intend to do.

Spare a thought today for our sweet kitty, Andre. He's got a number of serious health issues and won't be with us much longer.

@lindsey @alexrudnick We lost our Appu (also born in Atlanta) some time ago, and my heart broke in ways I did not know was possible. I cried for months. I think about him every day. I would have liked to tell you that it will get better, but it doesn't. We just learn to live with the loss.
