#NRL Words cannot describe how disappointed we are to hear this. Goes to show the contempt these teams and organisations have towards international rugby league.

@sandylanceley As a viewer I rather see a better product than lowering the standards so that bottom teams dont feel bad. The rule changes are for everyone and all team needs to adapt to it.

@sajjos Yeah, I do think viewers are interested in the score. Blowout games have consistently shown weaker TV ratings, people turn off in the second half. A super fast game may not be in the games interest. It’ll take big guys out of the sport.

The thing is you’re always going to have poorly run clubs, there’s nothing new in that. So you either need to find some magic recipe for fixing those clubs, or you need to even the contest slightly on the field. Viewers will turn off otherwise. #NRL
