On the occasion of the Africa Forward Summit, our beloved Capital City is hosting Heads of State, business leaders, and policy makers to foster an equal, honest and productive partnership between France and African countries. This is a defining moment for countries connected by a shared history and facing together shared economic challenges. The tangibles will be to deliver jobs for the youth, especially in the field of A.I and of green economy. On this special occasion, let me give to all international delegates attending the Africa Forward Summit a heartfelt welcome to Nairobi ! Our people are proud to host you and to lead the conversation that moves Africa from third to first world. Our continent is ready, Kenya is ready and Nairobi is ready! Let’s move Africa Forward! Karibu Kanairo.

Today I feel blessed having met and vibed with @SakajaJohnson On his routine he checked in many offices today at the Nairobi City Hall Annex and had a 'Boss & Junior vibes' across all offices. As an Intern for five consecutive years its my first time to met a Governor vibing with juniors freely and jokingly. From the Planning department He actually helped solve an issue once and for all where an elderly lady had show up early morning for help from the planning department. ultimate tears of joy dropped as her issue was solved once and for all by the Governor Him self. Glad and it was a pleasure @SakajaJohnson and hope nitapata job bossy aki

@thee_alfa_house This is abit sensational. It’s not an execution just a section of the wall that diverts the river that will need to be moved. No need to create panic.

Congratulations to PCEA Evergreen Runda on this beautiful sanctuary. I remember being here in 2018 for the groundbreaking. Finally you have done it. Great job! God bless you and thanks to the Moderator and Clergy for a great service.

@Kenyans @SakajaJohnson Approximately 85% to 90% of Rotterdam lies below sea level, with some areas as deep as 7 meters (over 20 feet) below sea level. So what's your point exactly? Felya!

You would know the difference between claim and money actually paid. 21b is the debt owed to lawyers that we found in 2022 and deemed completely untenable. No such amount has been paid and these claims have since been reviewed downwards by half. Still too much! We don’t have that kind of money to pay Wakili.

"Nairobi City County alone is cited as having spent more than Sh21 billion (on lawyers' fee), accounting for over 70 per cent of total county legal expenditure during the period reviewed." @TheStarKenya. This is HARAM! 80% of such fees goes back to City Hall and is EATEN.

This morning we chose action over ceremony — stepping into the kitchen in Muthangari Primary School to prepare a meal for our children as schools reopen for the new term. The Dishi na County programme feeds over 300,000 public school learners across Nairobi. These students are guaranteed a hot, nutritious meal every school day for Ksh5. This is more than food; it is dignity, focus, and opportunity served on a plate, For many children, this meal is the difference between staying in class or dropping out, between concentration and hunger, between hope and despair. As the term begins, Nairobi reaffirms a simple but powerful truth - no child should have to choose between education and an empty stomach.

Excellent delivery by @JohnSibiOkumu 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Before the world had maps, there was Kenya. Before language, there was rhythm. Before time had a name, there were footsteps across this red earth. This is not just a place. It’s a pulse. It’s the exhale of the wild. The whisper of ancestors in the wind. The drumbeat in your chest you thought was yours alone. Come here and unlearn Trade your inbox for a horizon. Trade reception bars for baobab trees. Come walk barefoot through the origin of everything life, flavour, fire, soul. Because Kenya is not a destination. It’s the birthplace of awe. The homeland of wonder. The reset the modern world forgot it needed. You don’t visit Kenya. You remember it. You return to it. You wake up in it. This is Magical Kenya. The Origin of Wonder. Welcome back.
