Very much convinced that @saks & @Sephora are very much in cahoots with @shipveho, always missing items from VEHO from these companies and neither of the two issue refunds! I literally have no problem with other carriers. Why do you still use them @saks @Sephora

@saks is terrible: purchased a t-shirt (to use my $50 Amex credit). Price $88. I receive it and the price tag is $65. That’s 32% more expensive! You know Saks purchased it for a lower price but marked it up to match the current price. Absolute joke.

@saks just because ur bankrupt doesn't mean you can't refund people. My $600 item was returned Feb 2. I have signed confirmation name & tracking # from UPS and you won't refund me. I call every day and they assign a case # and say they will review it. #saksbankrupt #saks #thieves
