Recently, I ordered shoes for my nephews prom using express delivery. Despite paying for express, the order was late. Please see pic. Im disappointed n didn’t open the packag. Prom is Friday, no attempt to resolve this issue has been made, considering it’s @saks mistake

@saks can’t tell me where my order is!!! Said they shipped it with FedEx and when I reached out to Saks they said no we shipped with UPS now my order is “delivered” and still hasn’t arrived. I hate spending money with this company!!!!

@saks Hi Daisy, I've reached out to CS multiple times and it has gone no where. Saks treats an exchange as a return and new purchase so they don't honor the existing deals, even though both sizes were in stock at the time of purchase. What terrible service for luxury retailer.

It's no wonder that @saks is bankrupt. How the fk are you gonna refund me a different amount after customer service rep told me another story? And I wasn't even returning, I was exchanging for a diff size but the incompetent system they have makes you return and purchase again.
