July 22, members of SAWA met with some chosen families at Walmart on Briarcrest and went shopping. 30 children were allotted 100 dollars for school clothes. After paying for items Manager Larry Beavers had snacks ready and allowed them to pick a backpack out as well.

The Salvation Army currently has 20 active mobile feeding units from 4 states serving after #HurricaneBeryl in Texas. As of Wednesday, they have served 14,158 meals, 14,026 drinks, and 4,598 snacks. Support these efforts at helpsalvationarmy.org #hopeIsOnTheWay

Billy is a member of The Salvation Army in Bryan/College Station. He has been deployed to serve people in Houston and nearby areas who don’t have power or water supply. We pray for Billy and for those affected by this storm. @everyone
