I run a $110K/month agency with 6 AI employees. They have names. Personalities. Jobs. One writes content. One monitors infrastructure. One runs campaigns. Here's the full setup: Most people use AI like a search engine. I use it like a staff. The difference: context files that make each AI know its job, its boundaries, and me. USER.md — Who You Are Teaches AI everything about you: → Name, location, timezone → Your business and goals → Working patterns and communication style The AI can't serve you if it doesn't know you. SOUL.md — Personality & Principles The AI's operating system: → Core truths ("Be resourceful before asking") → Communication style and banned phrases → Boundaries and business context This turns a generic assistant into YOUR assistant. IDENTITY.md — Who the AI Is Give it an identity: → Name (mine is Jarvis) → Role (chief of staff, content writer, etc.) → Vibe and operating principle An AI with identity has consistency. AGENTS.md — The Operating Manual The longest and most important file: → Startup routine (what to read first) → Memory system (where to log, what to remember) → Safety rules and learned mistakes MEMORY.md — Long-Term Memory Persists across sessions: → Discovered preferences → Business learnings → Key decisions made Without this, you restart from zero every conversation. TOOLS.md — Integration Notes Your AI's reference manual: → API endpoints and workflows → Team contacts → What works and what breaks Skills — Specialized Instructions Auto-trigger based on keywords: → Content generation → Sales follow-ups → Lead enrichment → Customer onboarding The Agent Squad I don't have one AI. I have six: → Jarvis — Chief of Staff → Loki — Content (8am + 3pm daily) → Ivan — Infrastructure (20K email accounts) → Hades — GTM campaigns → Scrapy — Data extraction → Trigify — LinkedIn scraping Each has its own context, memory, and job. How They Work 8am — Loki writes 5 tweet drafts 9am — Posts to Slack 10am — I approve 2. Done. No prompting. It runs on a schedule. Safety My AI once bought 164 domains without asking. $1,640 gone. Now I have: → Trusted user verification → Financial action gates → Prompt injection defense → Regressions (mistakes become rules) Proactive Behaviors The AI doesn't wait: → Cron jobs for scheduled tasks → Heartbeats for check-ins This is the difference between a tool and an employee. The Stack: → OpenClaw (open source orchestration) → Context files → Skills → Agent squad → Tool integrations → Cron + heartbeats Everyone's sharing AI setup guides. That's a good start. This is what happens when you go 10x further. Not a chatbot. A system that runs while you sleep. Like + comment "setup" and I'll DM you the full template.

Built an AI system that audits 49+ SEO issues in 20 minutes, tracks competitors 24/7, and generates 15+ optimized articles every week. It replaces $500 manual audits that take 3 days. Recently onboarded 5 new clients most use it to attract more clients and boost visibility. Testing with 3 more companies now. If you want it: Like + Comment “SEO” I’ll DM you the details.

I built an @openclaw agent that ranks you on Google for $50/month 😱 here’s the system that runs every week on autopilot: step 1: find your strike zone → connects to Google search console + @dataforseo → finds keywords where you're positions 5–20. one good article can push to page 1 → monitors what’s climbing and dropping weekly → feeds winners back in. every cycle is smarter than the last step 2: write content only you could write → interviews you first. 8 questions about your brand, voice, and experience → follow-up interviews every week. “what are customers asking? what shipped?” → content compounds because context compounds → google AI overview can’t summarize your real experience step 3: build backlinks automatically → mines competitor backlinks → finds sites mentioning you without linking → discovers broken links you can replace with yours → last week it found 23 unlinked brand mentions across 4 competitor sites step 4: catch technical problems before rankings drop → core web vitals, bad links, redirect chains, missing meta → flags before Google step 5: future‑proof your SEO → schema, llms.txt, topical authority mapping → the stuff agencies charge $3K+ to audit once input: your site + your niche output: an AI that discovers, writes, builds links, and tracks your rankings the old way: semrush + ahrefs + surfer + seo writers = $5,500/mo this way: @DataForSEO ($50/mo) + everything else free 5 skills. 14 scripts. gets better every cycle. open sourcing the whole system. comment RANK + like + follow (must follow so I can DM)

I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors mapped, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked on autopilot. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently. If you're paying $200/month for Ahrefs & SEMRush, opening it once to export a CSV, then closing it until next month... This agent runs the entire loop for you: → Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data → Finds your "gap zone" — keywords at positions 5–20, one article away from page 1 → Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking you and exactly why they're winning → Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning → Writes content in your voice — not generic AI output that tanks after 90 days → Tracks rankings weekly and feeds what's working back into the next cycle No $200/month tools you barely open. No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else. No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it. What you get: → Keyword cards with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity → A competitive breakdown — who's beating you and the exact fix for each keyword → A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data → A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console. Full playbook is on GitHub — skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "SEO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

i’m over the phrase “vibe coding" because it does a disservice to what's actually happening right now many people are building real products that could scale (not exactly ViBeS~) this is the start of a new class of serious, cash-flowing software companies

@johnrushx You buried the best line at the very end. “Sell the result, not the tool.” You already knew which 5% mattered. The agent executes what you understood. Most people don’t. Complexity doesn’t disappear, it just moves somewhere they can’t see it. UX isn’t dead. It moved up a level.

@_gemify That’s rough. Upfront payment is meant to protect artists, not excuse disappearing. Ghosting and missed deadlines break trust just as much as non-payment does, structure and communication matter on both sides

me when i paid an artist upfront 100+$ only to get ghosted every month unless i reach out and ask for an update and every month they would have none after only having a sketch done to the point they were so over their deadline on vgen that they asked me if they could mark it as completed bc their acc got suspended over it to which i foolishly said sure bc i still wanted to give benefit of the doubt and from then on it was never worked on again. 🧍🏼‍♀️

@Sillue_ette @IinkPea That’s a painful one. Scammers often borrow the language of “I’ve been scammed before” to lower your guard. The takeaway isn’t blame, it’s structure. Full payment before final files protects new creators the most.

@IinkPea Client insisted on 50/50 payment, saying he'd been scammed before. I sent the sketch, he paid. Finished the art, he pressured me to show the HD file cuz he can't see it (blur). I sent it cuz I'm new in Comms world, he ghosted. Got scammed. Now I only accept upfront payment only

@Danielisbless That happens more than people expect. Sometimes it’s not a scam, it’s indecision or internal chaos after committing. Give it a bit of space, then follow up once clearly. If there’s still silence, treat it as a stalled project and move on without assuming bad intent

A client reach out to me, and we discussed his website how to rank it and drive in customers. We concluded the deal, and he made a half-payment advance. Then, I asked him to share his website details so I could start working, but he ghosted me. Did he just dash me money?

I was ghosted by a client who made me edit a video about an hour long .. all the time and effort . they seemed like a good person too. so what did I learn? - Always take 50% payment upfront from small channels.

Was scrolling through old chats with some founders I used to work with… Some of those messages are hilarious me literally begging for my $50 payment for 2 weeks straight and still getting ghosted 🤣🤣 Are there still MODs/CMs out there not getting paid on time?

@socoloffalex I get the instinct. But public call-outs often protect others less than they protect future you. Documenting patterns and tightening structure usually does more long-term damage control than naming names.

Thinking about exposing a few clients who found me on X, got their full brand delivered… and then ghosted on the final 50% payment. Not doing this for drama, I just want to protect other designers from getting burned by the same people. Should we start naming names? 👀

BREAKING: DOJ charges Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) with stealing $5 million in FEMA funds, laundering the proceeds, and then using the money to support her 2021 Congressional campaign. She faces up to 53 years in prison if convicted. According to the indictment, DOJ says: “Cherfilus-McCormick, 46, and her brother Edwin Cherfilus, 51, both of Miramar, worked through their family health-care company on a FEMA-funded COVID-19 vaccination staffing contract in 2021. In July 2021, the company received an overpayment of $5 million in FEMA funds. The indictment alleges that the defendants conspired to steal that $5 million and routed it through multiple accounts to disguise its source. Prosecutors allege that a substantial portion of the misappropriated funds was used as candidate contributions to Cherfilus-McCormick’s 2021 congressional campaign and for the personal benefit of the defendants. The indictment further alleges that Cherfilus-McCormick and Nadege Leblanc, 46, of Miramar, arranged additional contributions using straw donors, funneling other monies from the FEMA-funded Covid-19 contract to friends and relatives who then donated to the campaign as if using their own money. The indictment also charges Cherfilus-McCormick and her 2021 tax preparer David K. Spencer, 41, of Davie, with conspiring to file a false federal tax return. According to the indictment, they falsely claimed political spending and other personal expenses as business deductions and inflated charitable contributions in order to reduce her tax obligations.”
