My final task as District Commissioner is to congratulate Will Halsey, the first King’s Scout in Salisbury for over 70 years. The King’s Scout Award is the culmination of the youth programme, Scouts’ absolute #TopAward - achieving it is certainly no mean feat! @salisburyscouts

TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis all lent a hand today at 3rd Upton for #TheBigHelpOut. Everyone got involved with renovating the Scouts meeting place and received their own #TheBigHelpOut badge.

We’re proud that 120 Scouts aged 18-25 from across the UK have volunteered to support everyone who’ll be paying their respects to HM Queen in London this week. Scouts have a long history of supporting the nation and serving our communities: we’re honoured to play our part.

Honoured to represent @salisburyscouts at @SalisburyCC Guildhall at Proclamation of our new sovereign, HM King Charles III. Remembered fondly these images of Her Late Majesty- her support for all youth, esp @scouts and @Girlguiding was unswerving. God Save The King.

We remember HM The Queen as a respected leader, a beloved monarch and Patron. She was truly a friend to Scouts everywhere. For seventy years, she has stood at our side, encouraging our volunteers and inspiring our young people to learn new skills, help others and shine brightly.
