Given we have to prove a negative test to get into Portugal, and another negative test to get out again, and cases there are lower than Manchester, where’s the risk? Just paid £420 for tests to fly tomorrow and now wondering if we’ll go @BBCNews #greenlist #Portugal

@sallyvilla @Portugal Spain announced yesterday - Portugal to follow soon.Remember the idea of the EU is basically that countries (states of the EU) are just like counties within the UK.. Uk wouldn't put up tests to enter Sussex if you were visiting family and friends in Surrey or Quarantine on return

Finally some good news! Summer holiday hopes are set to be given a boost with Portugal soon to be removed from the UK’s travel ‘red list’. It means our friends from the UK will be able to visit us without having to quarantine for 10-day period upon their return. 🙌 ☀
