They loved it then…but hate it now:
$HOOD at $153 not $71

$APP at $745 not $438
$ZETA at $24 not $17
$OSCR at $23 not $12
$META at $796 not $594
$MSFT at $555 not $383
$NFLX at $134 not $91
$TEM at $104 not $48
$FLNC at $33 not $15

That’s not investing.

You could buy 100 shares of $SOFI right now for $1,715.
Or you could buy the $20 call LEAP expiring January 2028 for $560. Same 100 shares of exposure. A fraction of the capital. Nearly two years of runway.
The trade:
Strike: $20
Expiration: January 21, 2028
Premium: ~$5.60 per contract
Breakeven: $25.60
If $SOFI hits $35, this LEAP returns ~168%
If $SOFI hits $40, this LEAP returns ~257%
If $SOFI hits $50, this LEAP returns ~435%
Buying 100 shares at $17.15 and watching it hit $50 is a 191% return. The LEAP more than doubles that.
Why I like the setup:
- $1B+ quarterly revenue
- CEO bought $1M in stock on the open market
- Banking, lending, investing, and crypto all under one roof
- Stock is down significantly from highs
- 672 days to expiration gives the thesis time to play out
The most I can lose is the $560 premium. The upside is multiples of that.
That's the power of LEAPs.

Everyone asks what stocks I’d buy if the market pulled back more.
Here are the prices where I would start getting very aggressive with my cash:
- $SOFI at $16
- $AMD at $180
- $AMZN at $180
- $NOW at $90
- $ZETA at $15
- $OSCR at $11
To be clear:
I have no idea if these prices will happen.
But if the market gives me these opportunities, I’d happily load up on shares of these companies for the long term.
Sometimes the best opportunities come when the market gets emotional.
I just try to be ready when it does.

Most high income earners don’t realize that being good at making money doesn’t mean you’re good at growing your money…
I learned this lesson the hard way
I invested $400k into a private equity deal that vanished
$50k in a dudes company I hung out with a bunch in Dubai…probably just paid for a few months of the guy’s rent
And countless other mistakes where I lit my money on fire
And the problem was that I was operating without a system
Investing without rules and a protocol
Instead, for the last few years, I’ve followed a system where my equity (ETF) investments are automated without me lifting a finger
And on the real estate side, I use a sourcing company that sources, negotiates deals, and sets me up with established property management
I now build wealth on autopilot
No random money going here or there
Just disciplined, repeated investments into a couple different assets that I’m hammering as hard as I can to a) build massive long term wealth passively with ETFs and b) reduce taxes significantly while building cashflow & equity with section 8 real estate investing
Hope you found this helpful

The IRS will literally give you $10,000+ for free if you fill out one form
Not a refund. Not a loan. Free money they allocated that almost nobody claims
There's $1.5 billion in unclaimed tax credits every year because the forms are confusing on purpose
The credits most people miss:
EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT (EITC)
If you made under $60K, you might qualify for up to $7,430 back. Even if you owe $0 in taxes. It's "refundable" meaning they write you a check
1 in 5 eligible people don't claim it. That's free money left on the table
SAVER'S CREDIT
Put money in a retirement account? You get a tax credit up to $1,000 ($2,000 if married). Can wipe out your entire tax bill - though usually not refundable like the EITC
Still worth claiming if you owe taxes
AMERICAN OPPORTUNITY CREDIT
Paid for any education? Up to $2,500 credit per student. $1,000 of it is refundable even if you owe nothing
CHILD TAX CREDIT
$2,000 per kid, up to $1,600 is refundable even if you owe nothing
The exploit:
You can amend tax returns for the past 3 years
That means if you missed credits in 2022, 2023, 2024 - you can file amended returns and collect ALL of it now. One check for 3 years of missed credits
People have gotten $15-30K checks just by amending old returns with credits they didn't know about
How to check what you missed:
1. Get your IRS transcript (free at IRS. gov)
2. Use FreeTaxUSA or similar to re-run old years
3. See if credits were missed
4. File Form 1040-X to amend
5. Wait 8-12 weeks for your check
The IRS isn't going to call you and say "hey, you forgot to claim $7,000"
They're counting on you not knowing
