I lost my dad this morning. At first, I thought it was pointless to share this here. Then I realized I wanted to say something that might actually have an impact. Take care of your health. Many diseases are genetic. You can’t completely control whether you get sick or stay healthy, but you can increase your quality of life to some extent. Treat your body well. Don’t overdo anything. My dad used to drink alcohol almost on a daily basis, which didn’t help with his stomach cancer. I’m very sad, but I know life will go on. Now I need to make my dad proud and take care of my family. The best thing we can do from now on is to become the person the people we love expected us to be. Love you father, everything will be fine...
