Over £30 in call fees from having to use my mobile to contact yourselves, a distressed grandmother, and over 2 hours on the phone.

Hello @virginmedia , care to explain why you have failed to keep appointments to fix a vulnerable 84 year old lady's phone line, why when challenged you denied making appts or identifying a line fault (despite confirming appts by text) and now keep cutting complaint calls off ?
