I have only seen my son twice in the twelve years since then and know that if I hadn't been so awful he would have wanted to keep in touch. But I don't know what I did that was so wrong.

@calflyn It's wonderful. Our land was cleared of cattle roughly 40 years ago. It sits beside ancient woodland. After 40 years of absolute freedom it was a monoculture of impenetrable 8ft high bracken in the summer. In spring it was bluebells, primroses etc but no trees got away or bramble

Just the day to put aside my mixed feelings about maybe having to give evidence in court about something that happened to me years ago in school. I keep on thinking, if I had come forward 20, 30, 40 yrs ago might other people have been free from what happened to me and others?
