RESULT Lunesdale Utd Res 2-5 Ibis A typically hard battle at Maurice Park today - we had the better of the 1st half and went into the break 3 to the good before the hosts pushed back after HT, pulling two back before we secured promotion with a late 5th! 🍾 🍾

Our goals came from Sam Moffatt (2), Mike Wilson, Luke Deveney & a ridiculous left foot rocket from Hank Greenall on his senior debut, crashing one home off the underside of the bar 🚀 ⚽️ Shout out to Dylan Gorst who also made his senior bow at CB and won every battle 🤝

MOTM went to Sam Moffatt for a lively display from the left hand side, culminating in a well-taken brace! Well played, @sam_moff_2001👌

It’s the semi-final of the Austin Wren Cup this evening, as the top 2 in our division battle it out for a place in the final at Frenchfield Stadium, home of Penrith AFC. Tonight’s game is taking place at the neutral venue of Kendal County FC, with all support appreciated 🤝
