@willjohnsonbf1 A game clock that counts up with no rigid stopping point is just weird to us in the United States. Even worse, to me, is the flopping. Guys running around like a gazelle seconds after hitting the deck writhing in utter agony…look on their face suggesting amputation is imminent.

This right here is why soccer won’t ever explode in the U.S. they add an extra 7 minutes. Time goes past it, balls kick out of bounds multiple times but they don’t call it until another goal is scored. This sport needs a lot of fixing. This is years behind other sports

Each sport has rules adjusted to its fluidity, field/court size, gameplay, etc to eliminate anti-competitive/unfair play. Trying to force soccer to adopt rules that fit other sports is nonsense.

My wife bought tickets behind home plate Row 6 for this game In March for my birthday for $1600 a pair. She saved up for months to surprise me with this. Tonight we are paying $1600 in a downpour to watch Wagaman And Zack Short on a $400 million team. Life is not fair.

Love the idea of going to Mars and having a habitat on the moon, I really do. At the end of the day though, what is it going to accomplish? It will take a staggering amount of our resources to set up a colony on the moon or even Mars. Then what? Will have to constantly resupply those colonies.
